Does my 15 year old havae to visit his father if he doesn't want to?

If there is a court order in place, and you assist the 15 year old in violating that order, you can be found in contempt. Penalties could include you losing custody, being jailed, or being forced to pay the father's legal fees.

If the order says he does, he does. You may be able to modify the order by filing a modification petition and including an affidavit from him as to his desires. IF the court modifies the order to say he does not have to visit, then (and only then) you are okay in not requiring him to go.
