I am wanting to move from America to Australia. I have custody of my 2 children. They haven't seen their father in 2 and half years. He is $39,000 behind in child support. Can he stop me from taking them with me?

You haven't told us if you were ever married, which affects the answer, or if the children were born out of marriage whether they were legitimated, which dramatically affects the answer, or, if there is a custody order, what it says. You'll need to give that information to a lawyer and then your question can be answered.
