If me and my wife get a divorce and we owe on a forclosed home will we both be required to pay half the cost ?? Also if a car is bought with a disability check and the disability check was from a injury prior to marriage can the other spouse take the car ??

Both of these questions require more information than you posted, and you should direct them to your divorce lawyer.
Regarding part one, Georgia has equitable division, so the split in that debt could be anywhere from 100-0 to 50-50.
