Me and my wife are going through a divorce my questions is that can you she ask the court for child support if I have the child the majority of the time?

Sure she can. Doesn't mean she will get it. But you should be asking your attorney these questions. You *HAVE* hired an attorney, haven't you?

Child support depends on income and parenting time. You need to consult with an attorney. I cannot tell you how many "post divorce" agreements/court orders have come through this office for review after the event, in which the unrepresented party was slammed because he/she did not understand the law. I would not try it on your own.
