Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My ex wife let the kids stay overnight with me even though I live with my girlfriend, the next week her lawyer sent me a letter saying they would take me to court for contempt if I exposed the kids to this relationship by having them stay overnight. Can I tell her Lawyer to back off since the ex wife let them stay over and has known about my living situation for over a year?

It would be completely foolish for you to talk to her lawyer. Your lawyer, and you need one, speaks for you. Whether you can do the overnights with your girlfriend there depends on what you chose not to tell us - what the divorce papers say matters.
