My wife wont sign my divorce papers cant i run a ad in the newspaper stating i wont a divorce and the court can except that?

Just because she won't sign papers (whatever the might be)? No. Hire a lawyer to handle it correctly.

No. You cannot run an ad if you know where she can be served. You need to go ahead and file your complaint and get her properly served. Better yet, if she is this difficult at the onset, you need to retain an attorney.
