Is it legal to record someone without their knowledge, and can it be used in a court of law. I am in th state of ga

In Georgia, you can record phone conversations without the other person's knowledge. However, caution should be used if the other person on the line is in another state.

Also, there are evidentiary procedures that must be followed before it can be entered into evidence at trial.
