as a bail recovery agent making an arrest on fugitive indentified myself as a bail recovery agent and my fugtive refuse to stop as advance at me while held at gun point and wound fugitive in low body area ( leg area). Would it be rule as just cause? Knowing the fugitive is known as a drug dealer.
