i borrowed $3000.00 from an individual. i allowed them to hold the title to my motor home. it has been 1 month and 12 days since i paid them the money back. after several request i have not recieved the title back yet. what can i do?

Sue them in Magistrates Court as a small claim.

You do need to sue them. At trial, you should bring evidence of the loan (promissory note, e-mails, checks, etc.) and bring evidence of full repayment (cancelled checks, witnesses, bank statements, e-mails, text messages, etc.)
