If it was intended as a gift, it belongs to you. If it was a loan, it is his. Proving which if there was nothing in writing will depend on whether or not you have any witnesses. If he tries, and these were gifts, contact the police. They will tend to want to keep everything status quo and tell him to leave it until it is resolved civilly.
