Car accident, claims managment wont pay

ACCIDENT ON 11/20/08, The car behide me hit me from behind while I was not moving, that caused me to impact the car in front of me. The driver behind was ticketed for the accident, the vehical in front was paid $600.00 for the accident.

The Claims Managment adjuster says that there was front end damage prior to 11/20/08, due to the rust on the bumper reinforcement crossmember P/N T012502.

They will only pay for part of the repair to the front end.

I do not have the money to completely repair my car, can I get the at fault person to pay it?

maybe, you need to consult a good personal injury lawyer and he can advise you properly..

Among other things, you did not address whether the adjuster was correct and you are trying to get old damage fixed. You can see a lawyer, but expect to pay 33-40% to the lawyer.
