Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

A developer bought property where my ancestors were buried. The cemetery was known by the Gwinnett County Historical society and the County. The developer bulldozed 3/4 of the cemetery and now only.233 acres remain. What can I do to find out what they did with the bodies and the rest of the cemetery? 1 acre to .23 (less than a Quarter of an acre) No hearing and no notification to descendants

What happened when you called the Historical Society, developer, zoning office, or other county offices and asked them, since obviously that is the very first thing you should have done? You left that information out, and that would be important to know if you needed to take further steps.

What happened when it first started happening? Did you sit there and ignore it or did you contact the state, local historical societies, and, of course a lawyer?

You left out what happened when it was fixable. So there's no way to answer except to say "what happened then?"
