Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Emails as evidence in Magistrate Court

I made a verbal deal with someone about 3 years and all I have to

show that he owes the money are emails. Nothing was signed

physically. I also have all receipts for me having to pay his

payments and I have kept track of his payments as well. Will this

combined with emails help me win my case in Magistrate Court?

Re: Emails as evidence in Magistrate Court

Depending upon how detailed the emails and your records are, they may very well carry the day in court.
