Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Employer suing Ex-Employee

Company erroroneously left me enrolled in Health Insurance after I resigned. Eights months later they realized I was still insured by them. Now they want to collect the premiums they paid from me. Am I obligated to pay for their mistake?

Depends on whether you knew about it or didn't get other insurance because of it or otherwise took advantage of it. If not, probably not.
