Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I gave a Christmas gift to my ex December of 2009. It has been in my possession on my property since it was purchased. I can prove that I purchased it. He is now threatening to take me to court if I don't give it to him. Can he do this?

What you posted makes no sense. You gave him a gift but you have it and he wants it? Try reposting and explain.

If you gave someone a gift, it is their property and it would be silly to try to keep it (even more ridiculous to make the other person sue you for it). Certainly you are not asking whether you can give someone a gift and then keep it.
