Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Hello!

My office used to allow employees to bring dogs. That was until earlier this week when one employee's large dog fatally attacked another employee's small dog.

Does the owner of the large dog have any legal responsibility to the owner of the small dog?

Thanks!

Of course dog owners are responsible for the actions of their dogs and damages caused. If there are facts to indicate that is different here, you did not provide them.

Sure. (However, the measure of damages is the price someone would pay for the dog, so if it's a mixed breed, that is about zero).
