Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I was at a kid's jump place today, as part of a birthday party. At the end of the party my children stayed around and played. As we went to leave our shoes had been moved, and the business owner demanded $7 for each pair of shoes, for not leaving with the party, and for the time that we had gone over, all as part of the agreement with the party planner. We mentioned that the party planner didn't mention anything to us, and how hard would it have been to disclose this fact as we came in; announced that we were with the party (and therefore free); provided shoes and signed a waiver form for each child. We left the shoes there. What are our rights?

Your story is far from clear and no one here knows the terms of any contracts or agreements, but if the bottom line is that you have a $7 issue (after a free party), don't try to turn it into a legal issue.
