I am a lease holder in a rooming house. not only did the landlord not take rent but he also let the utilities get cut off which are included within my lease. what should I do?

and what can I do to stop this from going any further and effecting my 2 kids until I'm able to properly re-locate us?

If your utilities are cut off and you haven't paid rent, it's time to move. Be sure to give 30 days written notice.
