Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

pool

I won a pool table (est. value $900.00) from radio station & pool table company promotion in June 2003. It is September 2003 and I have heard every lame excuse and lie possible as to when I will get my pool table. I even even gone to pick it up in my own truck and was told that they had some parts missing and would deliver to me next week, 2 weeks ago. What can I do?

I would get documentation establishing the value of the table. Then, get documentation about the contest, including that indeed you were the winner. Then, I would file suit in small claims court. You must do this in the county where the company is located.
