probation violation

if someone is on probation after serving 2 years for aggravated assault and another person gives a statement saying that person pushed them out of a chair, but no police report was made and his supervisor sent a statement showing that he was a work at the time this person said the incident happened can their probation officer lock them up for probation violation?

Maybe. Violation of any law, such as assault, can be grounds to revoke probation. Consult with a local attorney.
