Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

How do I respond to a Civil Complaint.

I sold a vehicle to my Ex-wife in 2007, she never titled the vehicle in her name. She had said vehicle reposessed. wells fargo filed suit seeking the title. I have no claim to the vehicle but it is in my name with the sate of GA. there is also a lien holder on the original title. the suit was filed against my ex-wife, myself and the finance company that I had the original vehicle loan with.

I contacted the lawyer who represents the bank who repossed the vehicle and they just want the title in thier name according to what i was told by the attorney.

what should i Do?
