Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

My ex roommate said that I owe her money from move out fees and asked me to pay for a portion of them. I told her I would but it would take time and payments and she said "okay". Now she is saying that her parents are going to sue me even though I had not signed or notarized anything and was not even on the legal lease of the apartment complex. We only communicated via Facebook message about this. Is that a legally binding contract?

It really is a simple issue. If you owe the money, you owe the money. You admit you do. Pay it, or risk getting sued and have a lawsuit or judgment on your record.
