I have two sister in laws, one is handicaped and in a nursing home, the other one, went to take warrants on us, she told the magistrate that we harrassed her and made threats to her,through her handicap sister, which we didn't, she did not get the warrants, but we have to go to court on this, all they gave her so far was a pre-appliction warrant. what do i need to do
