I was slightly injured in a car accident whhile on duty in my patrol car as a Police Officer. A vehicle that was being persued by several other ageancies from different jurisdiction drove through a red light stricking my vehicle which destroyed it an sent me to the hospital with EMS. Who do I have grounds to go after civily?

If you were injured you likely have two remedies (at least) - (1) workers comp and (2) suing the other driver's insurance. If the other police acted improperly that may add other potential defendants. You need a lawyer and need one immediately.
