Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Need title for motorcycle baught on e-bay..

We baught a motorcycle off e-bay from a guy in Georgia. I checked with DOT to make sure bike wasn't stolen, they said ok no liens or anything on the bike, they did mention that it had last been titled in Florida, but would not devulge anymore info. I recieved a Bill of Sale from the guy. Missouri requires a title. How do I get the court or someone to give me a title?

Why not call the Dept the agency the titles vehicles in MO?

You will need to check with the department in MO as to their procedures.
