Type your question here...I am a legal resident of the U.S. and parents are legal citizens who brought me over at 3 but did not adopt I am 18 and living with another family
Parents got me a SS# under another name and all school records in that name without doing a legal name change
They more recently applied and received my new green card but they say they gave it to me they didnt and I cant go to school, work, anything
Want to sue for them to replace the green card at their expense along with paternity test (father alleged by aunt to be biological father) and cover all lawyer/court fees
They were also extremely abusive
