Vehicle Purchase

I went to a car dealer to purchase a vehicle sign the contract put a $1000.00 down and decided the deal was not a good one and wanted to cancel the deal the next day because of the high apr, the Manager of the dealership told me I could not break the contract. I did not drive the vehicle off the lot just decided I did not want this vehicle, what is my legal right when it comes to vehicle purchase. Thank You

Sorry, but you have no legal right to cancel the contract. The three-day cancellation usually applies where someone comes to you, like a door-to-door salesman, rather than you going to their place of business.

Once you signed it's too late to back out (an exception: a handful of dealers write a grace period or money back guarantee in their contract).
