If I have a warrant for parole violation in Georgia, can I go to the DMV and renew my drivers license

You can do that if you'd like, but the better question would be why you would walk into a State facility that State Troopers frequent and expect to have a good outcome? If I were you, I would retain an attorney or call one and get a private consultation.
