Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

My boyfriend is currently serving time in prison but also has I.C.E. hold as well. I was wondering what i could do to try and speed his deportation up ?

If you request a criminal bond, then he will be immediately released into the custody of ICE. Filing a bond application then will get him before the Immigration Judge within 7-10 days.
