Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

I would like to know if my daughter has right to claim US Citizenship. My daughter was born out of wedlock in the UK, nine months later I married her father who was a US citizen. Three years into the marriage my husband died. This was eight years ago.

Unfortunately, we did not register our daughter's birth at the consulate, as we were planning to get married. Both myself and my daughter receives survivors support from my husbands SSA plan. My husband was American as were his parents etc.

Has she lost her rights because her father is deceased. I would love to hear from a lawyer who could deal with the case.

Thank you.

Call an immigration lawyer. This is not something that can be determined from a short internet post and it is almost certain that you need an experienced lawyer to guide you.
