Legal Question in Immigration Law in Georgia

I140 denial

Applied I140 in EB3, it is denied on Sept 12th and do not know the reason yet.

My employer is CSC and definitly there will not be any problem from employer side. I came from Bachelar of Commerce and having 9 years experience in IT-Quality.

Are there any chances to repply? I have not activated my EAD but my wife is working on EAD.

Do I need to apply for H4 for my wife?

Possibly rejected because there are no visas available yet. There should be some indication by tomorrow as to whether or not there will be available visas for EB3s on October 1. Check the Visa bulletin.
