I have petition from my mother, she is us citizen, I've been approved, I am from peru, I do not have visa, I crossed the border of mexico 12 years ago, I am 39 years old, I am illegal here, I married a month ago, my husband is disable, there any way that can i get my resident here in us, and not going back to peru

If your mother's petition was filed prior to April 30, 2001, then, yes, you might be protected under INA 245i.
