Hello,

Are you a US citizen or legal permanent resident? Your legal options will depend on your status.

1. You can fill out an I-129F petition for your fiance and marry her here in the US or

2. You can fill out an I-130 petition for her after you are married in the Philippines.

There are various legal requirements in order to successfully complete either of these petitions. You can find more details at the USCIS website.
