Bought a travel trailer, it was destroyed by a tree falling before i could get insurance a week later when I was back in town. Issued a policy after the fact with full disclosure with coverage from midnight of accident day. Now they say they won't cover. Can they take my money, issue a policy and then deny? HELP

Re: Insurance
We don't have the policy, and you don't tell us what it covers/excludes, the specific reason for denial, etc. It is safe to say it would be very unusual for an insurer to cover pre-existing damages, but you have your policy and documents - read them.
