I live in GA. my daughter is covered under my insurance policy. I only have liablity insurance. She got into an accident and it was written up that fault could not be determined. Is it possible to collect from the driver of the other vehicles insurance company when fault was not determined.

The same possibility as the other party recovering from your policy (or you or your daughter personally). It depends on who is found at fault.
