lost of time and money because if an accident

i got whiplash in a car accident. the accident cause me to lose over 2 months delay in finishing a 29 million dollar business plan i was finishing up at the time of the accident, because of the stress and time out chiropractic treatment. i was not able to concentrate.

can I claim the lost of time and money the delay cost me on the insurance settlement?

You can claim it but you will have a hard time proving lost wages if the business has no track record. Insurance companies typically view that as a "speculative" claim. There are a lot of variables that go into the evaluation of a personal injury claim.
