No. Nobody can do that but you. Call the county bar association in your county and see if they can give you a referral to an attorney. Or look in the phone book and get some names and then check out the attorneys - virtually most attorneys have a website these days and if they do not have one, then you do not want him or her as your attorney because it means he or she is still living in the stone age. Any friends or relatives ever in a car accident? Ask them if they had an attorney and if so, ask how the attorney treated them and if they would recommend the attorney. Also, do an internet search for one. I ran a simple search using the terms "bad faith & attorney & Georgia" and I found this firm:

You want an attorney who handles "bad faith" actions against their insurers.

Some attorneys give free consults, but even if they don't, it would be worthwhile spending some dollars on a consult. Not every attorney is a good fit with the client. You should know upfront that it is not a good match only to be stuck with him or her later.

It does not surprise me that the insurer is giving you a hard time. While the fire reports are helpful, the insurers look at every case like this as if you intentionally set the fire to collect the insurance money. It does not matter that you are innocent; in the eyes of the insurer, you are guilty till proven innocent
