Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia
My business provides math tutoring services, math workshops,and books.
A few clients call me "The Math Lady". It sounds good to me. I want to market my business using the name "The Math Lady".
Is there some legal process that entitles only me to use this name?

You'd need to pay to do a search locally and nationally to see if someone else already has rights to that name. Contact an Intellectual Property attorney. If the name is available, he can find ways to protect it.
