Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia

I wish to make a novel that is non-profit based on the Disney Princesses. I would be like a fanfiction with Art included and I want to know what I need to know before I go about doing this. If I am not making any money Disney can't sue me right? Should I included them for copyright or something and what steps do I need to make sure the "fan fiction" is as legal as possible

What you want to do is blatant copyright infringement. You can expect to be civilly sued and face ruinous damages and attorneys fees. In some cases you can also be criminally prosecuted. Unless you have Disney's permission (and I can assure you they will refuse) abandon this legal nightmare. It will ruin you financially. You cannot legally do it. Not making a profit is NOT a defense to going to jail and being sued.
