Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia

private p.o.box

I found out my spouse of 3 yrs has a private p.o. box and strongly believe he is sending money to a previous person (not married). Yet when I ask for something simple (like something for the home) I am told there is no money. My question is do I have a right to this box or can a private detective monitor this box as to what comes and goes from this p.o. box?

Thanks

EJA

Re: private p.o.box

This is not an intellectual property question, but I can tell you that it would be illegal for a PI to break into the PO box to view its contents. He could, however, monitor who comes and goes.
