how can a father that has no right never ligitimized his kids and a mother that doesnt want to be with him so she leaves the youngest with her cousin which and the father agreed upon for me to have him to they get on their feet can get right of depervation of a minor when he hasnt had both of the kids this whole time and then be able to come take him from me agreeing to a weekend visit and never bring him back i thought by law if he is not ligitmized he ha no rights and she did leave him and she wants her kids she is trying to get on her feet in a different surrounding and left the 18 month old in my custody and again both parents agreed to gaurdianship because neither one has a job to take care of either child so how is it that he gets them with no right?

If you have guardianship, neither parent can take the child from you. If the father refuses to give him back you need to contact the police. The father has no legal rights and the Mother who has rights temporarily suspended them when she gave you guardianship.

Hope this helps.
