Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Georgia

Is it legal for a judge to give a 14 year with ADHD 3 years in juvenile for a crime that I don't think he committed?

Is this a serious question? That is what Judges do. If there is a reason you think your opinion somehow prevents a Judge from sentencing, you left out those details.
