If I was accused of stealing money from my job and the manager only have duplicate receipts and no physical evidence that money has been taking, what are my rights to react on suing for false pretest and accusations?

Employment is at-will and employees can be terminated for any or no reason (with very few exceptions for unlawful discrimination). There is no legal right or entitlement to a job. Suspicion of theft is a valid reason to termination, even if you did not do it. In fact, it is a common reason. If there is more to the story, such as the manager telling a lot of people you stole the money, raising a potential slander action, you need to re-post specific facts about that. Keep in mind that you have to show the statement is not true so such a lawsuit (that might not be worth anything to begin with) could backfire on you.
