Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

What can I do when al loss prevention agent put somthing on your record that you did not amit to. And when I went to file for unemployment benefits it was denied. I wrote a letter to home offfice telling them I did not admit to anything and I took a letter to the unemployment office too.

The question is probably whether you did it (whatever "it" is), not whether you admitted it. Obviously, you chose to not tell us that information.
