Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

If I had a City Council approve an employment contract for 21 months and 3 months in a judge determines the contract invalid and my job was terminated, can I sue the City? I was left with no severance at all yet I had support of all Council except the Mayor.

Sure, you can sue. Anyone can sue anyone for anything. Whether you have a valid case and avoid sanctions for filing a frivolous lawsuit depends on the terms and nature of the contract (that we don't have), the facts of the lawsuit and the Judge's Order (which we don't have and know nothing about), and many other facts we don't have.
