Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I am a college student, and I have been having an issue for a restaurant I just started working at around 3 months ago. I left my job at the time which I loved, because this place gave me a better job offer i could not refuse, but this issue has been going on since my first pay check. The checks keep bouncing out of my savings account continously and I have discovered it is because they put in less money than what they actually owe their employees, is this not illegal? They do not pay us until the credit card tips go in on Monday night, so everyone has to rush and CASH their checks at a bank where we don't even have our accounts...therefore, what can I do? What are my options? It keeps happening and I just do not know what to do anymore.

Thank you.
