Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I have a contract that contractually ends 12/31/2011. It will end on 11/15/11 thru no fault of mine. I hace always meert my duties of thr contract. I was not given a formal letter of termination only.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the agreement and this service order, the terms and conditions of this service order shall control. Unless earlier terminated in acxcordance with the agreement or this service order, the term of this service order shall commence on the service order effective date and continue until the servicr order expiration date.

Do I have any recourse. i have fulfilled my contractual requirements for the full month of November and I should expect to receive my full retainer fee. I have also almost completed my contractual requirements for the month of December. I would like to know if they are required to pay me for Dec if I do fulfil the contractual agreement for december by Nov. 15.

Thank you for any assistance

It really depends on the terms of the entire agreement and facts not stated. However, generally, if you have fully performed under the agreement, the other party would be obligated to fulfill their obligations.
