Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Draw Against Commission

My employment sales contract says that I'll receive a draw against commission for the first 6 months. Then, it sets out the formula for commissions. Been on the job less than 3 months & I know the job is not for me. My boss says I'll have to pay back the draw but contract doesnt say that - and I don't have $3000!! Suggestions? Advice? THANKS!!
