my employer says they dont count med excuses and i was fired for bein out 6 times in a year in a half is that legal at all and was fire the day my vaction started do i still get paid for my time?

You haven't told us the needed facts to answer.

How many times did you miss work? Did you call in advance? What is their sick policy? Was the sickness or injury caused by work? Do you have a contract with your employer? What time are you asking them to pay you for? How severe was your medical condition? Is it chronic? How many employees does the emplouer have? What state is the employer in?

All those things affect the answer.
