Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

My employer, a francisee of ARBYS(in Rockmart, GA) has filed bankcrupy & closed the doors on 10-6-2010. Corporate ARBYS is going to reopen the same ARBYS days later, yet we will not recieve our pay for the dates of 9-13-10 through 10-5-2010. What can I do to make sure I will get paid?
